We identify, the markets and companies to be targeted, National and/or International, whilst the level and nature of the role will dictate the visibility of target individuals.
 
This work we carry out in addition to sourcing individuals from our own database.
 
Our Process:

Agreement of the search parameters and any 'exclusions'.

• Preparation of a detailed "candidate briefing document" for use at candidate interview. 
• Submission of weekly progress reports to the client on all search activity. 
• Review of Long List 
• Taking of references and follow up contact once in place, to assist with the induction process. 
• Review and agreement of short list 
• Interview briefing and feedback management . 
• Negotiation of remuneration details with the chosen candidate
